Primary Users

Goal

How do you say goodbye after a life-changing 6-month journey? For users finishing the PeakPath peak performance program, the end couldn't be a simple "Congratulations!" message. It needed to be a mirror reflecting their growth, a celebration of their hard work, and a launchpad for their future.

My challenge was to design an "End of Program Report" that was more than just a data dump. It had to be personalized, reflective, and motivating, leaving a lasting impression that cemented the value of their entire experience.

The overall goal was to define and validate the core components of an end-of-program report that users would find valuable and impactful.

Part 1: Finding the Key Components - Workshop

Before drawing a single screen, we had to understand the core emotion. What should a user feel when they complete the program? Proud? Nostalgic? Empowered?

We kicked off with a collaborative workshop with the entire team: coaches, product managers, and engineers. Using a FigJam board, we mapped out the ideal user journey's end.

The consensus was clear: users needed to see the transformation. They needed to connect the dots between where they started and who they had become. This workshop yielded dozens of ideas, which we then thematically analyzed and distilled into core concepts.
